Normally food is provided at cost and corkage is ½ price. There is an additional charge for flowers and staff costs. 

Employees with more than six month’s service may apply in writing to Lord March, stating proposed wedding date. (Dates which can be sold at full cost to an external customer will not be given to an employee).

PENSION

You will be eligible to join the Company’s contributory pension scheme once you have completed one year’s continuous service with the Company. Once you have joined the Scheme your membership will be backdated by six months.

LIFE COVER

Employees may be entitled to the benefit of life cover. The cover is a lump-sum death benefit of up to four times basic salary.

CASH PLAN

You will be eligible for refunds of the costs of certain dental, optical and some medical procedures (up to prescribed limits). This is a taxable benefit.

CHILDCARE SCHEME – SALARY SACRIFICE

The Company operates a Company supported childcare scheme for all employees.

PERFORMANCE BONUS

A discretionary performance bonus is paid annually based on personal and company performance.

INCOME PROTECTION

You may be eligible for income protection in the event that you are off work for a period longer than six months as a result of illness or injury, which will seek to top up your state benefits to no less than 75% of your pre disability income for a period of up to five years. This is subject to certain terms and conditions.
