June 1993.

What were you doing before joining Goodwood?

I was at school/college!

How did you get to where you are today?

I came to Goodwood straight from school (my family have worked on the estate for many years) and have been lucky that the events have grown in the time that I have been here and therefore opportunities have arisen.

What does your job entail?

I’m responsible for running the public sales and the fulfillment and dispatch teams for all events. Taking revenue of circa £13m and dispatching items for all Public/ hospitality/ sponsors/ press/ exhibitors / competitors / VIPs and all internal requests – over 100k items dispatched per year.

Where are you based on the Estate?

The Gatehouse at the Motor Circuit.

What has been the best thing about your Goodwood experience so far?

Involvement in the first FoS, the first Revival and the first Vintage.

What are your hobbies?

I play guitar, sports (cricket and football), spending time with my family.

Tell us something most people don’t know about you?

As a child I acted in some TV shows. During one in particular I was required to be on a boat on a fake sea; however I actually got sea sick and threw up in the boat.

If you were to be treated, what would your favourite treat be?

A day at Lords watching the Ashes!
