THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
Once the recruiting manager has reviewed the applications and created a shortlist, successful applicants will be invited to attend an interview. Our interview process normally consists of:
1st Interview
At the 1st interview you will meet the recruiting manager (who will be the line manager for the role) and a member of the People and Development team. They will want to hear about your relevant experience and will test the capabilities that you need for the role. The interview questions will explore your skills, abilities and suitability for the role. There may be a relevant skills test at this stage, however you will be informed of this prior to interview.
2nd Interview
If you are successful after your 1st interview, you may be invited to attend a 2nd interview. This may involve meeting the line manager again and/or the Director of the department. There may be a relevant skills test at this stage, however you will be informed of this prior to interview.
