Description

We are looking for an approachable and ‘hands on’ Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager to assist with the day to day management of the department ensuring that all events are delivered to a high standard.

You will have the ability to provide an exceptional customer experience within a professional environment, dealing with a variety of clients and guests. In particular the successful candidate will have proven experience of directly working with food and beverage in a quality banqueting operation.

You will need to be an excellent communicator and numerate with ability to manage a team. Enthusiasm, passion and drive to succeed in a successful team are essential.

The hours of work vary according to the Hotel’s operation, these hours include early mornings, late evenings, weekends and bank holidays, therefore applicants must have the ability to work flexibly.

Due to the rural location of the Goodwood Estate, own or reliable transport is essential.
