Full time 40 hours per week, fixed term 9 months from March

We are looking for a Front of House Assistant to work within our Conference & Banqueting teams at the Goodwood Hotel.

You will be responsible for working as part of a team in serving all guests and providing a high level of customer service at all times. In addition to serving customers you will be required to carry out cleaning duties within the conference and banqueting areas and adhere to all health and safety standards.

The successful candidate will be confident, numerate and have well developed customer service and interpersonal skills as well as good personal presentation. Knowledge of the conference and banqueting industry is desirable, although not essential.

The hours of work vary according to the Hotel’s operation, these hours include early mornings, late evenings, weekends and bank holidays, therefore applicants must have the ability to work flexibly.

Due to the rural location of the Goodwood Estate, own or reliable transport is essential.
