We are looking for a Golf Operations Manager to co-ordinate the day to day management of the operational teams across both golf courses within Golf At Goodwood. The role will be focused on ensuring the delivery of the expected levels of service to members and guests.

You will oversee the management of the membership competition and handicap systems and be the point of contact for the estate sales team in relation to all golf events. You will manage the scheduling of the staff within the Golf At Goodwood team in line with budgeted expectations showing flexibility and creativity in order to maximise efficiencies within this part of the business. You will work alongside the Course Manager ensuring effective communication regarding maintenance and event programmes. You will be responsible for developing and utilising a yield management programme for green fee and credit usage across both courses using reports from the systems in place.

The successful candidate will have experience of a working within a 5* multi course members facility with extensive experience in all golf related services.
