Full time (40 hours per week)

We are looking for a Golf Operations Supervisor to assist in the co-ordination of the day to day operation of the team across both golf courses within Golf At Goodwood. The role will be focused on ensuring the delivery of the expected levels of service to members and guests.

You will oversee the supervision of the day to day running of the golf operation at Golf At Goodwood. You will lead the membership competition programme and assist in supervising the handicap system via Intelligent Golf. You will act as a point of contact for the estate sales team in relation to golf events. You will assist in the scheduling of the staff within the Golf At Goodwood team in line with budgeted expectations showing flexibility and creativity in order to maximise efficiencies within this part of the business.

The successful candidate will have previous supervisory experience and experience of working within golf with relevant experience in golf related services and member based clubs.

Due to the rural location of the Goodwood Estate, own or reliable transport is essential.
