Reporting to the Venues PR and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the agreed marketing strategy and activity plan for The Goodwood Hotel including its two restaurants, Health Club and Waterbeach spa. This includes all marketing communications, marketing collateral, advertising and promotional activities both online and offline. You will develop innovative and creative campaigns that will help drive strong revenues and will help to build the reputation and brand of Goodwood as a luxury lifestyle destination.
The successful candidate will have a keen interest in, and understanding of the premium travel / leisure market with knowledge of premium products. You will be adept at working in a fast moving, commercial environment with the ability to communicate and interface with people of all levels is essential. You will have strong planning and organising skills with impeccable attention to detail, but also a creative approach.
Due to the rural location of the Goodwood Estate, own or reliable transport is essential.
