Today, we offer a comprehensive range of superb venues to visit or to privately hire, including a luxurious 91 bedroom hotel, glorious Regency house replete with works of art, two superlative golf courses and a relaxed sporting members’ clubhouse, The Kennels.
We are looking for full and part time Front of House Assistants to work within our bar and waiting teams at the Kennels.
You will be responsible for serving all guests, taking orders and providing a high level of customer service at all times. In addition to serving customers you will be required to carry out cleaning duties within the restaurant/bar area and adhere to all health and safety standards. The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, good personal presentation and be self motivated with the ability to work on their own as well as part of a team.
The successful candidates will be confident, numerate and have well developed customer service and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is desirable, although not essential.
The shifts vary according to the Kennels’ operation, these hours include early mornings, late evenings, weekends and bank holidays therefore applicants must have the ability to work flexibly.
Due to the rural location of the Goodwood Estate, own or reliable transport is essential.
