Our Park course is mostly level and unfolds with plenty of twists and turns guaranteed to outwit even the most dedicated golfer whilst our award winning Downland course is set amongst the early slopes of the Sussex Downs and offers spectacular views back over the Chichester plain, the sea and the Isle of Wight in the distance.
Designed in 1914 by renowned golf course designer, James Braid, the combination of his clever layout and the spectacular surroundings means that you can host a truly memorable day for you, your colleagues and your clients.
And, because we are Goodwood and totally committed to giving you a tailor made day, you’ll be allocated your own personal event organiser who will make sure that your needs are met – from the organisation of the day’s competition, to the food served and even places to stay. We have an excellent hotel also set on the estate right at the edge of the Parkland course which means your guests can play golf and then relax either in the hotel’s pool, bars or superb restaurant before turning in for the night.
Our golf clubhouse, the superlative Grade I listed Kennels will be your base for the day. Its relaxed style and sense of a home away from home will immediately put your guests at ease. Travelling in our unique Woody buggies, complete with chilled champagne in a wicker cooler will help make your corporate golf day stand out from the rest, we can even organise a historic aircraft fly past, game of cricket, shooting or an adrenaline packed day driving the famous Goodwood motor circuit if you want to host a longer event.
