The team of chefs at Goodwood’s hotel often use estate reared produce or source their ingredients from the surrounding countryside and seashore. Open daily for breakfast and dinner and for Sunday lunch the restaurant prides itself on being grown up and sophisticated but at the same time, thanks to the friendly service and attention to detail, somewhere to really feel at home.

The Richmond Arms Bar

Set in the 17th century coaching inn with an original open fireplace, this fabulous bar serves an interesting selection of drinks from cask ales through to inspiring cocktails and wines served by the glass, bottle or carafe.

Goodwood’s hotel was once a popular and busy coaching inn and it is within this glorious original building that the Richmond Arms Bar is situated. Our Head Chef constantly devises menus which are a modern take the Great British pub menu – the champagne and platters are frequently ordered. Served on wooden boards, the platters feature lovely oysters, British cheeses, charcuterie, terrines and pates accompanied by fresh baked crusty bread, ideal for sharing with friends and family.
