MG 

 MG Motor UK Limited is one of the newest automotive companies in the UK but is guardian of the world-famous MG brand going back 85 years. The company, based in Birmingham, currently builds the iconic MG TF sports car and plans to roll out a range of all-new MG cars during the next five years. First of the new breed of MGs  - designed, engineered and built in Birmingham - is the MG6, a five-door 1.8-litre turbocharged fastback to be launched later this year.

MG Motor is part of the SAIC Group which is now one of the world’s largest automotive companies. MG Birmingham is SAIC’s first plant outside of China.

At Goodwood, MG displayed pre-production MG6 models alongside the latest TF models. Both the TF and MG6 took part in Gooodwood’s famous hill climb as part of the Moving Motor Show and displayed in the ‘pit lane’ exhibition area during the Festival of Speed event.
