Alfa Romeo is celebrating 50 years of the time-defying Giulia this weekend with three iconic models having been transported to West Sussex from the factory collection: the 1970 1750GTAm and the 1972 GTA 1300 Junior, both of which have been running up the hill in Class 7. However, rarest of the trio is the gorgeous Giulia Sprint Speciale Prototipo on display in the marque’s impressive show stand. Styled by a 20-something Giorgetto Giugiaro at the height of his powers, this Bertone-built coupé remained unique. If that wasn’t enough, the stand has also played host to a variety of bands and solo artists over the course of the Festival including Marner Brown and Tim Burgess of The Charlatans.
