Cartier Style et Luxe concours

Italian coachbuilt confections and penny-number supercars comprise this year’s Cartier Style et Luxe concours . With classes for pre-war Alfa Romeo 8Cs, far-fetched GTs and skimpy beach cars, among others, highlights include the sensational ’55 Ghia Gilda streamliner which has been shipped over from the USA especially for the event and the remarkable ’93 Zagato Ferrari F.Z.93. Definitely not to be missed is ‘The Tantilising Tipo 33’ class which features five super-rare or unique designs based on the iconic Milanese sports-prototype. Museo Storico Alfa Romeo has bought over six cars for the concours while Italy’s Corrado Lopresto is displaying several one-offs from his 50-strong collection of concept cars including the remarkable 1973 Autobianchi A112 Giovani.
