Michelin Supercar Run

The hugely popular Michelin Supercar Run witnessed the best and the boldest high-performance road cars take to the Goodwood hillclimb course on Friday afternoon. Ferrari used the event to introduce its new 458 Italia Spider to the UK public: aside from being beautiful to look at it, it’s also seriously quick: 0-62mph takes just 3.4secs.

Other noteworthy appearances include the ‘range-extending’ Infiniti Emerg-E concept, the 617bhp Bentley Continental GT Speed, BMW’s new M6 – in both coupé and convertible configurations and machinery from the many small-scale British manufacturers such as Noble, Ginetta and Ariel.
