Festival of Speed Press Day 2008

Every year Goodwood holds a press day before the Festival of Speed event. It's a day that compacts a whole weekend of fun into about 8 hrs of high energy and all for the press and media to try before they ... well write about us! At least it gives our team a little taste of what to come! An event like FOS is not put on lightly. If you are a member of the press and media please go to the press and media section to apply for entry.

GAS HIGHLIGHTS 2011
Thrilling, high octane, adrenaline fuelled highlights from 2011's Goodwood Action Sports Area (GAS) at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Athletes strutting their stuff included: Robbie Maddison, Kye Forte, Danny Macaskill and Dougie Lampkin.

Jaguar Central Display Creation
A striking iteration of the Jaguar E-type, which celebrates its 50th birthday this year, was the centrepiece at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Made out of steel tubes, the distinctive shape of the world's most-loved sports car was captured in a truly jaw-dropping manner – the result soared 28 metres into the air in front of the beautiful backdrop of Goodwood House.
