It has long been the ambition of the Earl of March and his family that visitors to Goodwood should not just be able to see Estate, but eat it, too. Recently, visitors to Goodwood events have been introduced to the delights of Goodwood organic produce, tucking in to organic sausages or burgers made from premium organic rare-breed pork or beef reared on the Estate's own Home Farm. However, it is now possible to enjoy Goodwood organic produce all the year round in a variety of ways.

The Goodwood Farm Shop based at Home Farm, has been established to provide local food for local people and to enable Goodwood's friends and neighbours to enjoy organic, flavoursome meat throughout the year. The farm is home to over 3,725 animals, which thrive on feed produced solely from arable crops grown and milled on its land. The native rare breeds include: Sussex Beef, Dairy Shorthorn cows, Saddleback pigs and Southdown sheep, many of which have been part of the Sussex landscape for centuries and are renowned for their quality and flavour.

The shop offers all the right organic ingredients for a perfectly cooked family meal; a relaxing Sunday roast or quick supper: whether a lamb shank, pork chops or a beautiful piece of beef. If the allure of a succulent sausage expertly grilled or melt-in-the-mouth lamb skewers is just too great, Goodwood's Vitra Café, Aero Club Café are definitely the answer. With the Breakfast Club - combining organic breakfasts and classic cars - fast becoming a highlight of the social calendar, Goodwood is thoroughly committed to providing local, organic and home-grown produce for the local community all the year round.
