Facilities and Access
Parking
There is ample parking for coaches or cars at all the sites.
Toilets
There are toilets at all the indoor sites and flush toilets at two locations at Home Farm. There are composting toilets at Seeley Copse and cold running water for hand washing. Hand washing facilities with cold water are available at the lambing / calf barn – an animal contact area.
Wheelchair access
Wheelchair access is possible at Goodwood House, the Racecourse, Motor circuit and airfield, also around part of the farm and woodland. The needs of individual pupils should always be discussed with the Education Officer prior to the visit to ensure maximum inclusion.
Lunch Facilities
Indoor space for eating lunch is available at the House and can be arranged at the Motor circuit and the Racecourse. There is a picnic area in Seeley Copse which is also used by visitors to Home Farm with a nature hut which can give shelter to a small group if the weather is bad.
Gift Shop
Most school groups visiting Goodwood do not bring spending money. However, there is a farm shop at Home Farm, and some postcards and pencils can be made available to purchase at Goodwood House. There is a café and food wagon at the Motor circuit / airfield
