Festive Fayre

CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR PARTY NIBBLES

Tim Powell, the Group Executive Chef at Goodwood, oversees the award winning menus served across the Goodwood Estate, ensuring mouth-watering meals are prepared to the highest standards with the finest of local produce.

He has been at Goodwood for five years after an illustrious career at some of the top restaurants in London, including The Canteen, which he took over from Marco Pierre White, Pont De La Tour, and the Great Eastern Hotel. Trained at the Ritz, Tim has also run his own businesses in Britain and abroad.

Christmas is one of the busiest times in the calendar for Tim, but he has taken time out to share his culinary expertise to help with the preparation of the all important festive fayre. 

Christmas and New Year Party Nibbles

Tim says: “It’s party time and I’ve been busy in the kitchen preparing a delicious selection of tasty nibbles to impress your guests. I know it is tempting to run into the local supermarket to buy ready-made party food, but these nibbles are so easy to prepare, there will be plenty of time for you to join in the festive fun and savour the compliments from your guests."
