In common with any private members’ club, the Goodwood Health Club does ask that some rules are followed in order to make life run smoothly for everyone.  As a member, we simply ask you to:

• Always check in with reception at the club
• Wipe down machines after use
• Supervise young and boisterous children in all areas of the club, especially around the pool and in the changing rooms
• Put the complimentary towels in the baskets provided once you’ve finished with them
• Return the gym key cards to reception or into the special baskets.
