Please arrive at least 5 minutes ahead of your treatment time to allow us to prepare you fully for your appointment. 50% pre-payment is required for group bookings of 10 or more.
Should you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice otherwise 50% payment will be required. To ensure a relaxing atmosphere, we kindly request that all mobile phones are kept switched off.
For those who have booked a treatment, you are invited to make full use of the Health Club facilities on the day.
