Derby Preview Evening
Friday 25 May

An exclusive evening at The Kennels following racing to preview the 2012 Derby. A Champagne reception and canapés on arrival will be followed by a screening and discussion about flat racing’s most prestigious race, which takes place this year on Saturday 2 June. Come racing in the afternoon then continue your day out with what promises to be a highly enjoyable event at this unique venue. Why not finish off your day in style with dinner at The Kennels – bookings can be taken for dinner up until 9.15pm.

Cowdray Park Polo Club
Sunday 24 June
£75 per person
Whether you are a Polo fan or not, this trip to the ‘South Downs Polo Day’ should be a highly entertaining day out at one of the sport’s most famous venues, Cowdray Park. The visit gets underway at 11.45am with a Polo demonstration using ex-racehorses, where the rules and skills of the game are explained. Following a ‘Question & Answer’ session, lunch will be served in a private marquee, including half a bottle of wine per person. At 3.00pm the Midhurst Town Cup is held, featuring top High Goal Polo teams. There is a great deal at stake this year as the game is a qualifier for the prestigious Veuve Clicquot Gold Cup. A second match starts at 5.00pm and guests can choose to stay on for this game, which will end around 6.45pm. Grandstand seating is available throughout.

Raceweek Ball
Wednesday 1 August

Hosted by Lord and Lady March, this regency dress and black tie gala Ball takes place after racing on Wednesday 1 August is a highlight of Festival week. Guests will be treated to a Champagne reception, a delicious four-course meal and a variety of live entertainment throughout the evening. There will also be a charity raffle and Midnight Match Race with great prizes on offer. As numbers are limited and we expect a high demand for tickets we strongly urge you to secure your place as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Dublin Visit
7 - 10 SEPTEMBER
£865 per person (based on two people sharing a double or twin room)
An exciting itinerary has been put together for this long weekend break in Dublin, Ireland including racing and lunch at both Leopardstown and The Curragh. The trip starts with a Welcome Cocktail Party at the four-star O'Callaghan Alexander Hotel, where you will enjoy three nights' accommodation and breakfast each morning. This impressive hotel is a hidden gem located in central Dublin within strolling distance of Grafton Street, Merrion Square and Trinity College. It is beautifully appointed and all guest rooms have orthopaedic Sealy beds with duvets and luxury Foxford bed throws.
