Badge Allocation Information
Every owner or syndicate is entitled to six Owners’ Badges per runner on the day that their horse is running. For safety reasons and in order to provide a peaceful environment for horses prior to running, only those wearing Owners’ Badges will be permitted into the Parade Ring and Winner's Enclosure area.
Where to collect your Badges
From the PASS Desk on arrival at the West Entrance. Your PASS Card will be swiped through our computer and your badge allocation issued. It is important to remember that your entitlement to Owners’ badges can only be verified on production of your PASS card.
If I need additional Badges
We are pleased to offer up to 12 Richmond Enclosure Badges per runner at half price (£15). These can be purchased at the PASS Desk on the day. Junior Badges (under 18 years) are issued free.
If I want to allocate my Badges prior to my arrival
We will be happy to issue your Badges for you provided that we receive an e-mail to: Rachel.timson@goodwood.com| or a fax on 01243 755025 by 5pm on the day before the raceday, stating your PASS card number, the name of the horse, and the names of the people to whom the Badges should be given.
If my horse is entered, but not declared to run
You are still entitled to 2 Richmond Enclosure Badges for collection in the usual way.
