The Richmond (Members) Enclosure is open to all except during 'Glorious Goodwood', 29 July – 2 August 2008, when it is reserved for Members, their guests and corporate clients.
The March and Charlton Stands are situated in the Richmond Enclosure and there
is access to the Winners’ Enclosure and Parade Ring. A giant screen showing
a close-up view of all the action is installed by the Winning Post at all meetings,
and by the paddock during ‘Glorious Goodwood’.
Direct access is either via the West Entrance using Car Park 5 or the course
entrance using Car Park 2. Car Parks 8/9 also give entrance via the Gordon
Enclosure. Parking for disabled visitors is available at the front of No. 8
Car Park or there are 12 spaces in car park 5 available on a first come, first
served basis.
There is a full range of betting facilities with Tote pools, rails bookmakers
and Tote Credit and William Hill betting shops on the ground floor of the March
Grandstand.
Catering Facilities
Restaurants
There are several options open to guests with a Richmond
Enclosure Badge. These include the award-winning Charlton
Hunt Restaurant with its head-on views of the Winning Post
and the panoramic vistas of Chichester and the Isle of Wight.
It offers a four-course choice meal and afternoon tea. The
Double Trigger Restaurant (non-smoking) offers a selection
of regional seafood delicacies such as Selsey crab and lobster.
If you wish to have a meal in a more informal setting, the
Horsewalk Carvery offers traditional two- or three-course
meals served from the carvery. During ‘Glorious Goodwood’,
there is also the Old Paddock Restaurant, which offers a
four-course choice meal along with afternoon tea.
All of the restaurants have full bar and Tote facilities. Reservations are advisable.

Light Meals and
Snacks
If you do not wish to eat in one of our restaurants there is a wide variety of
hot and cold snacks on offer within the enclosure. You can choose from seafood
at the Richmond Lawn Champagne Bar, and light salads and hot meals from the Bentinck
Bar and Terrace. The Kinrara Pavilion has full bar facilities and light refreshments.
