Goodwood House has so many wonderful rooms of different sizes and individual character for you to enjoy. We can organise product launches, seminars, and meetings from as little as 10 delegates through to 240 guests within the house.

Designed by James Wyatt in the late 18th century, Goodwood House is the most striking location for a social or business gathering. The State Apartments, perfectly restored to their Regency splendour, filled with magnificent paintings by Van Dyck, Canaletto and Reynolds and other wonderful treasures, provide spectacular surroundings, for a presentation, seminar or top level meeting.

Before you arrive, our experienced staff will help you plan and prepare every detail. While you are with us, our team of expertly trained butlers and houseman will be at your service to greet and serve your guests, making sure that your event runs seamlessly so that you can relax completely and enjoy the occasion.

Each event at Goodwood House is tailored to meet your own requirements, therefore once you have an event in mind, we would be pleased to discuss your requrements.

Suggested itineraries of events within Goodwood House

Two Day Conference

Day 1

Arrive at leisure at The Goodwood Park Hotel located within the grounds of Goodwood House

Enjoy an afternoon at leisure, making use of the magnificent leisure facilities or have a round of golf, before getting changed for a welcome dinner at Goodwood House. A Champagne Reception would then take place in the Front Hall of Goodwood House before dinner is announced by our Head Butler and served in the Ballroom. Return to The Goodwood Park Hotel for a nightcap

DAY 2

The conference would commence in either the Ballroom or your choice of one of the other State Apartments.

Syndicate Rooms are available throughout the House to use as breakout rooms.

After lunch the conference would resume or you may decide to make use of Goodwood's 12,000 acre estate for some bespoke sporting activities.

Product Launch

Your production team and crew may decide to arrive early for set up to put the final touches to your launch.

The Carriage Circle at the front of the House has underground power for a Display Turntable if you require it. Your guests would then arrive via the Main Front Door.

Valet Parking may be arranged in our 300 space Ballroom Car Park.

Coffee and registration would then take place in the Central Wing prior to the presentation, which would commence in the Ballroom.

The park roads and grounds would be made available to you should you require them, before returning back to Goodwood House for lunch.
