About the Food

Here at The Kennels we are passionate about food, about where it comes from and about how it lived its life. 

Goodwood was at the forefront of the organic farming movement and now has one of the largest fully organic farms in Europe. This means that we know the exact provenance of all of our meat and its well-being.  This also means that our meat is celebrated for its superb taste.  We also produce our own organic milk and cream, which is used in many of our seasonal, freshly produced dishes.
