MOTOR SPORT CAN BE DANGEROUS AND INVOLVE INJURY OR DEATH

In consideration of Goodwood Road Racing Co Ltd accepting this application I undertake and agree:

a) That I hold a current driving licence for the vehicle I shall drive.

b) I am competent to take part in this event.

c) I have or will inspect the course before taking part and take note of the physical and other features present.

d) I will take part ONLY if satisfied as to the course, its layout, features and my safety.

e) By taking part I accept the risks involved including the risk of injury or death.

f) I declare that my vehicle is safe, properly maintained and fit for its purpose.

g) I have read and will comply with the Goodwood General Site Regulations and the Goodwood Motor Circuit Driving Rules.

h) I will observe and obey all instructions given to me by Goodwood and its staff.
