Lord March Opens Earls Court Motor Show 2011

Celebrating London Motor Shows of the ’50s & ’60s

Lord March opened the ever-popular Earls Court Motor Show recreation at the Goodwood Revival on Friday morning. Taking its inspiration from the celebrated London Motor Shows of the 1950s and ’60s, and with an Art Deco frontage reminiscent of the glory days of past exhibitions, this spacious area is home to some of the most delectable sports and GT cars ever made. New for 2011 is the Earls Courts concours, which features 25 classics from the mid ’30s to the present day. The prize winners will be announced on Sunday.
