Ribbons and Rocking

Goodwood Revival 2011

The 2011 Revival (16-18 September) will be rocking later this week with a host of entertaining activities on the Bandstand, located in the giant Richmond Lawn marquee. 

From 9am until 6:30pm each day, live music, a Revival ‘DJ’ and a fashion parade will keep Revival visitors rocking and admiring the ribbons of the ‘best dressed’ race goers.  Live bands ‘The Regular Joes’ and ‘Rockin’ The Joint’ will keep feet tapping to a 1950s beat, along with jive dance classes twice a day, and a fashion parade of the ‘best dressed’ finalists – selected by a knowledgeable and enthusiastic panel of judges – being presented with their ribbons and prizes around 4pm each afternoon.  Be sure to visit the Richmond Lawn and rock your socks off!
