pre-1966 Scrambles bikes

The recently introduced Lavant Scrambles extravaganza will be even more of a spectacle for 2012 with a new, lengthened course, a competitive element introduced, improved spectator viewing as well as an even more impressive line-up of motorcycles and riders. For all those that missed it last year, it is an absolute must-see with yumping, jumping and mud-spraying while the pre-1966 Scrambles bikes are spiritedly hustled around the hillside behind the Lavant corner grandstand. Make your way out there on foot or aboard a tractor and look out for riders in tweed jackets, bow-ties, open face helmets and goggles!
