Dermot O’Leary & Mike Skinner Announced as Part of Goodwood’s Spectacular ‘THREE FRIDAY NIGHTS’ Line-Up
Goodwood Racecourse has today announced that TV & radio presenter; Dermot O’Leary and The Streets frontman; Mike Skinner, will each step on to the hallowed turf of Goodwood Racecourse’s Parade Ring to perform as part of Three Friday Nights; a vibrant combination of racing, music and dancing on the 8th, 15th and 22nd June.
After dark, heels will replace hooves as the Parade Ring transforms into a unique music arena. Thousands of race-goers will flock to the stage after the horse racing for an evening filled with music and dancing at one of Britain’s most picturesque racecourses nestled within the heart of Goodwood Estate’s rolling countryside.

A firm favourite on both our TV screens and Radio, Dermot is best known for presenting one of Britain’s most popular TV programmes, X Factor and will now add a performance at Goodwood Racecourse to his belt

Previously fronting popular British band; The Streets, Mike Skinner will now debut solo at Goodwood as the closing act of Three Friday Nights. The Streets’ first song, ‘Has it come to this?’ was released in 2001 from their debut album ‘Original Pirate Material’ and was credited as the first UK garage song to become successful. The track was reviewed by popular music magazine, NME as ‘the most original, lyrical British rap in memory’ charting ‘an evolutionary route for UK garage’. With over ten years’ experience, four albums, countless festival performances and numerous top ten hits under his belt, Skinner is set to deliver an unforgettable finale to the electrifying Three Friday Nights extravaganza.
