Motorsport    

The Festival of Speed has grown from an informal gathering of cars at the Earl of March’s private home to the world’s biggest celebration of the history of motor sport. The Festival of Speed will be held in Goodwood Park on 11, 12 and 13 July and entry is by advanced ticket only.

The Goodwood Revival to be held on 19, 20, 21 September is the most popular historic motor race meeting on the planet, and the only event of its king to be staged in the romantic time capsule of the Fifties and Sixties.

Goodwood Racecourse is into its third century of racing with a start date of 3rd May, followed by a further four racedays in May and our magical Friday evenings in June.

Exciting racing on the traditional August Bank Holiday meeting at the end of the month is followed by four further race meetings in September and two days of racing in October, which all make for a sparkling season.

‘Glorious Goodwood' will start for five days from Tuesday 29th July. The pinnacle of the English summer season, the meeting features first class sporting action.
