BARREL ROLLS AND BACON ROLLS AT HE GOODWOOD BREAKFAST CLUB
Ultimate High, the UK’s top aerobatics training school, brings barrel rolls to join the bacon rolls at the Goodwood Breakfast Club again this Sunday (3 June). Ultimate High will be running aerobatic experiences in the Bulldog, an ex-Military training British aircraft fitting perfectly with the all-British vehicle theme to celebrate HM The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.
Gates to Goodwood Motor Circuit open at 8am on Sunday and admission is free of charge. Visitors will be able to admire a vast array of British vehicles, while enjoying the opportunity to meet like-minded enthusiasts, eat a tasty breakfast and book an aerobatic flight in the Bulldog aerobatic training aircraft*.
Ultimate High will also be running an aerobatic competition to win a flight in a Bulldog from Goodwood. Visit www.ultimatehigh.co.uk and ‘Join the UH Club’ for your chance to win.
The Bulldog is an aerobatic training aircraft originally built for the RAF to train pilots before moving onto fast jets. Ultimate High’s aircraft are ex-Swedish airforce with rocket attachment points on the wings; the rocket firing switch is still on the throttle. The Bulldog has a tricycle undercarriage with one wheel on the nose and two behind on the wings. The Bulldog has a side-by-side seating position, which ideally suited to aerobatic instruction. It is capable of speeds of over 200mph with a climb rate of 950ft feet per minute.
Mark Greenfield, CEO, Ultimate High commented: “Ultimate High is delighted to be working with Goodwood to support the popular Breakfast Club events this season. Ultimate High is now operating Top Gun Air Combat Days at Goodwood Aerodrome for corporate groups and individuals.
Ultimate High has been voted the UK's number 1 high adrenaline experience and is a perfect partner for Goodwood who has an enviable reputation as a centre of excellence for flight experiences and flight training.”
Ex-military instructors will introduce delegates to the delights of three dimensional freedom – where they will learn how to fly a variety of aerobatic figures and take the controls themselves. Flights are available in the Bulldog ex-military training aircraft or Extra 300 stunt plane.
Goodwood Breakfast Club is one of the finest monthly events on the UK’s motoring calendar and attracts a jaw-dropping collection of some of the world’s most desirable and cherished vehicles. This Sunday an adrenalin-fuelled Sunday morning drive, scrumptious English breakfast and the camaraderie of fellow motoring enthusiasts will be enhanced by the thrill of unlimited aerobatics and the chance to win an aerobatic flight at Goodwood.
