On Saturday 23 September we ran our second Pro’s Challenge Day. The Golf At Goodwood Pro’s team was made up of Chris McDonnell, Christian Fogden, Matthew Tipper and Ben Urry.
Played as an 18-hole Texas Scramble, all teams were looking to shoot as low as possible to beat the Pro’s team score.
A total of 21 teams played against the professionals. They managed to improve their score by two shots since last year, scoring a very impressive 56, 16 under par.
Last year we offered out prizes to any teams successful in beating the Pro's team score. This year the Pro's team were successful in shooting the lowest round of the day.
1st Team - Matthew Savory, Tim Easdown, Mark Russell Brown & Storry Thrower
2nd Team - Ian Major, Andy Faulkner, David Ward & Chris Radwell
3rd Team - Michael Waite, Donald MacDonald, Paul McLaren & David M Carter
